Please read the terms and conditions of Kismat. We advise you read through them carefully before making a booking.

Over 18’s – All persons taking part in any of our events must be over the age of 18. Photo identification may be required on the night.

Payment will be taken via internet or phone banking. By making a booking via phone constitutes an offer to us. When we accept your payment a contract is created in the form of a confirmation email containing your individual booking reference number.

No refunds, exchanges or returns are given once we have received payments and a confirmation email has been sent. If the event is cancelled we will provide a full refund. If the date or location is changed, we will notify you by phone and email. We reserve the right to cancel any event.

Your booking reference number is also your ticket for the event. It is imperative that you bring this number with you to the event otherwise we can not guarantee admission. You may not sell or transfer your booking reference to a third party.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove a person from the event if they show inappropriate behaviour such as abuse, antisocial, threatening or any other offensive behaviour.

We at Kismat are not giving a guarantee that you will meet the person you are hoping to meet at any of our events. We will not be responsible for any problems that occur between anyone that you meet at the event. Although, we try to gain as much information as possible from our guests, we cannot guarantee a participants marital status, personality or sanity. This is for you to clarify to your own satisfaction, as each person has their own interpretation of a ‘good’ personality. We cannot also be liable for damages, either direct or indirect, that may occur from meeting or communicating with any guests you meet at a Kismat event. Photos may be taken at an event for our promotional purposes. Although Kismat will try and exclude those who do not wish to have their photo taken, we can not be held liable with regards to images being taken at one of our events.

We will not expose any of your contact or personal details without ensuring that we have your permission. All personal details will be kept within the company only. By taking part in any of our speed dating events, you are allowing us to forward your first name, email address and if stated, your phone number to any participant where there is a ‘mutual match’. A ‘mutual match’ is where both participants have indicated on their dating form that they would like to be put in contact with one another. No other details will be sent to anyone else without your prior permission.

Please ensure you are dressed smartly. Strictly no caps, trainers, or sports wear. However smart denim will be permitted.

As a Kismat client you also understand and acknowledge that Kismat events are held at venues of which neither Kismat or, its affiliates or area agents have any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at a Kismat event, you agree to release Kismat, its affiliates or area agents from any liability with respect thereto, unless such damages result directly from the actions of any employee or area agents of Kismat.
